REFUND POLICY


K-Scripts Refund Policy



At K-Scripts, we are committed to providing high-quality products and maintaining a fair, secure business environment. Due to the rising incidence of fraudulent activities, script leaks, and unauthorized distribution, our refund policy has been carefully updated to reflect these concerns.






1. Refund Eligibility Window (1 Hour) 


  • Requests for a refund will be considered for a maximum period of hour following the initial purchase, provided they meet the specific criteria outlined below. Refund requests submitted after this 1-hour window will be automatically declined.






2. Conditions for a Full Refund 


A full refund will be exclusively issued if the issue is directly attributable to a critical malfunction within our script, and K-Scripts is demonstrably unable to resolve it:

  • Critical Malfunction: The purchased script must contain a fundamental technical flaw or bug that originates directly from K-Scripts source code.

  • Mandatory Support Engagement: The customer must first contact our dedicated support team and allow adequate time for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and attempts to deploy a fix.

  • Failure to Remediate: If our support team confirms the issue after exhausting all reasonable solutions and is unable to restore the script to its described functionality, a full refund will be processed.





3. Circumstances Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted 


Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Open-Source Products: All scripts explicitly designated as Open-Source are categorically non-refundable.

  • Customer Negligence: If the customer proceeds with a purchase without thoroughly reviewing the product description, including mandatory requirements, prerequisites, or system specifications, and the script fails to function due to this oversight, the purchase is ineligible for a refund.

  • Promotional Purchases: Items acquired at a discounted rate or during a promotional sales period are non-refundable.

  • Subjective Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not provided for “change of mind,” difficulties with basic configuration, or incompatibility with external, third-party systems unless explicit compatibility was guaranteed by K-Scripts.






4. Support and Scope 



  • Our dedicated support is provided solely for technical issues inherent to K-Scripts products. We do not assume liability for problems arising from customer modifications, issues caused by third-party scripts, or server environment failures.






5. Legal Protections and Acceptance 



  • All K-Scripts products are protected under DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act). Any attempt to leak, redistribute, or share Tebex transaction codes will result in immediate legal action.






6. Tebex.io Refund Policy



  • Refund decisions are governed by Tebex.io policies.

  • K-Scripts does not have the authority to override Tebex’s refund system or decisions.
